What we collect, and where it goes.

This page covers everything this site itself collects: the contact forms, and the text messages you may opt into. It does not cover client engagement work, which is governed by a separate agreement with each client.

What this site collects

Two forms on this site collect information, and each one collects only what it asks for on the page.

Gap assessment and scoping forms: name, email, company, an optional phone number, and your message. Nothing else.Contact form widget: name, email, organization, phone, your message, and the SMS consent choices described below.Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs of every visit, as any host does.

Text messages (A2P / SMS)

OPT IN, OPT OUT ANY TIME

The contact form widget carries two separate consent choices, and checking one does not check the other.

Transactional messages (required to use SMS at all): appointment reminders, confirmations, and account notifications.Marketing messages (optional, a separate checkbox): offers, updates, and promotions.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time, from any message we send. Consent to receive text messages is never required to do business with us in any other way.

Who it goes to

Gap assessment and scoping form submissions are emailed through Composio, an integration service, and land in a Microsoft 365 mailbox. The contact form widget is operated by GoHighLevel, which hosts the form itself and sends the text messages you opt into. We do not sell any information collected on this site, to anyone, for any reason.

Cookies and tracking

This site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers today. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google. The one video on the site loads from YouTube only after you press play, using youtube-nocookie.com. The contact form widget is a third party's own script (GoHighLevel's form_embed.js); we have not audited what it sets, and this page will say so plainly if that changes.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry and keep ordinary business records. No system here enforces a shorter period today.

Asking us to delete or correct your information

Email info@capital-cyber.com and we will delete or correct what we hold about you. To stop text messages specifically, reply STOP to any message.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects or who it goes to changes, this page changes with it. We do not backdate a change or leave an old description standing after the fact.
