Capital Cyber exists because our founder went through a severe ransomware attack and the disruption that follows one. That is not a marketing origin story. It is the reason the work is done the way it is done here.

We say when something is not implemented
Your Affirming Official signs the affirmation and the exposure is theirs. An optimistic score is not a favour to anyone.
We are not a C3PAO
Deliberately. It means we can remediate what we assessed and then stay on to run it, which an assessor is constrained from doing.
We stay after go-live
A report starts aging the day it is delivered. Somebody has to own the posture afterwards or it decays quietly.
We take the small ones
One-person shops and thirty-person machine shops, the suppliers large consultancies price out. They carry the same obligations.

What we do now
We run live CMMC engagements against real deadlines. We write the policies, collect the evidence, build the diagrams, and sit with the client when the questions get uncomfortable. We are an MSP, an MSSP and a Managed Compliance Provider.
In 2024 our testing team cracked more than 20,000 passwords. Almost every one belonged to an organization whose written policy said its passwords were strong. The policy was not dishonest, it had simply never been tested against anything. That gap, between the control as written and the control as it behaves, is what an assessment is for.
